The Mystery has begun. Saturday and Sunday the sewing room was bustling. My
stash of turquoise is dismal, so in its place is blues. Hopefully these are
light enough to not compete with the greens later. The color pops nicely
especially with the black.
The stack on the left still need to have black added. Thinking a fabric run is in order. The black supply is dwindling.
Well check out what’s up. Judy

There are quite a few peachy ones in the group of pinks.
Which yellow do you like?
Our other big news! MJJR has her drivers license. It is just a
little sad when your baby doesn’t need you to haul her EVERYWHERE. We now have
a parking lot in the driveway…..Friends come over……a mess. Must have patience.
Our driveway was never friendly when it had 2 cars, now. UUGH. A few years
back we hosted the Homecoming primping session…..car paint transfer
occurred.
Your mystery is progressing nicely. I like the blues. My favorite yellow is the bottom one. It seems to brighten everything! Great job!
ReplyDeleteYour color choices are great. I like the bottom yellow, too. It sparkles.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your progress! I like the bottom yellow too!
ReplyDeleteOk, I like the upper right. I'm afraid the bottom yellow will stick out.. On the other hand, that does sound like something that will sparkle! Good luck deciding.
ReplyDeleteI love your blues and orangey-pinks! As to which yellow - I'm sure any will work, and will each give you a slightly different look in the final block. I like the one on the left and the bottom one, but I'm sure whichever you choose will look great in the end.
ReplyDeleteI like the upper yellow, FWIW. Your blues and pinks look great.
ReplyDeleteLove your blues and orange pinks, they look great together! As for yellow, my favourite is the upper right.
ReplyDeleteI like the top left yellow and I LOVE your blues. Good luck and have fun with the mystery!
ReplyDeleteI like the golden yellow upper lest
ReplyDeleteI think the most wonderful thing about scrappy quilts is that you can mix up the colours and still have it work. Will you be done step 1 before step 2 comes out?
